Best customer service my wife and I have ever received! Diagnosing the repair needed on my Ram truck and setting up the repair appointment was stress free. On top of that, my driver side exhaust manifold, gasket and bolts on my truck were replaced for half the cost the dealership charged me to replace the passenger side! Trinity Automotive does just what your car needs and lets you know of anything else that could be going wrong with your car without uncertainty. I have gone to dealerships where they had no clue where the source of a rattle was and just gave me a big parts list of things that "could" fix it. This was my first time having my van repaired at Trinity Automotive. What a wonderful experience! I needed immediate help to keep my van running and they worked me into their schedule even though I didn't have an appointment. The customer service was excellent and the waiting room very comfortable! The repair was finished sooner than I expected and I appreciated the complete explanation of everything they worked on. We knew there were several things to fix on our Subaru Outback, but when I brought it in for an oil change the people at Trinity provided a vehicle health evaluation that helped us prioritize and plan for how to get it done. When I had time to leave it with them I got to use a very nice loaner and Trinity saw all the agreed-upon work through to a perfect finish. Trimity Automotive has always provided an honest assessment of the mechanical condition of my vehicles. They've always worked to provide the best possible value. In the past Trinity has reported mechanical problems which I was not aware of that allowed me to have the dealer repair under warranty. Today during an oil change they reported my oil pump has started leaking allowing me to get it repaired before it damages another component!My experience with Trinity Automotive has been only positive.Trinity recently moved into a larger facility. The customer waiting area is much more comfortable , and they provide complimentary beverages, coffee, soft drinks, etc.read more

One of the first things I do when I move into any city is check for a good mechanic. When I saw Trinity come up with high reviews, I thought...okay, a little out of the way, but let’s give them a shot. I could not have made a better choice. Their service is AMAZING. They really go out of their way to make you feel valued, which is a real white space in this industry. I won’t go into specifics because others needs may be different than mine. What I will say is they really know their stuff. Not to mention, the employees are happy AND IT SHOWS. Probably the most unique thing I experienced is that they treat your car like a doctor with great bedside manner. They keep records of items in your car that may need maintenance at some point in the future and keep track of them as you come in to let you know when it should be fixed, so there’s never a surprise. It sounds simple, but I’ve never been to a mechanic that did this and walked me through it. It’s no wonder this shop has expanded so many times in such a short period of time.
