ENGINE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
IMPORTANT WARRANTY CONDITIONS & MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
• Warranty coverage applies only to parts supplied and installed by Trinity Auto Care and covers defects in workmanship and/or part failure under normal operating conditions.
• This warranty is strictly contingent upon proper engine maintenance.
• Engine oil and filter service MUST be performed at the following maximum intervals:
– 3,000 miles or less for semi-synthetic oil
– 6,000 miles or less for full synthetic oil
• Oil change intervals exceeding these limits will VOID warranty coverage unless otherwise documented in writing by Trinity Auto Care.
• Customers must retain all oil change receipts and maintenance records. Failure to provide documentation upon request may result in denial of warranty coverage.
• Engine oil level must be checked regularly and maintained at proper levels. Damage caused by low oil level, oil starvation, improper viscosity, contamination, or neglect is not covered.
• Warranty does NOT cover:
– Oil or any engine maintenance neglect
– Overheating events
– Cooling system failure not repaired by Trinity Auto Care
– Aftermarket performance modifications or tuning
– Pre-existing internal engine wear
– Sludge buildup or lack of maintenance
– Fuel system contamination
– Detonation, abuse, or racing
– Consequential or collateral damage outside the repaired components
• Any engine warning lights, abnormal noises, overheating, or performance issues must be reported immediately. Continued vehicle operation after symptoms arise may void warranty coverage.
• Warranty does not guarantee future longevity of non-replaced components or unrelated internal engine parts.
• Trinity Auto Care reserves the right to inspect the vehicle prior to approving warranty repairs.
• No warranty claim will be considered without prior authorization from Trinity Auto Care
- Customers will return to Trinity Auto Care after 500 miles to double check for leaks etc after repair. There is no charge for the follow up appointment.
