3 YEAR / 36,000 MILE LIMITED WARRANTY
IMPORTANT WARRANTY CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS
• Trinity Auto Care provides a 3 Year / 36,000 Mile Limited Warranty, whichever occurs first, from the date of transmission repair or replacement.
• Warranty coverage applies only to transmission components supplied and installed by Trinity Auto Care and covers verified defects in workmanship and/or part failure under normal operating conditions.
• This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and original vehicle unless otherwise stated
REQUIRED MAINTENANCE
• Transmission fluid must be maintained at proper level and condition at all times.
• A complete transmission fluid service must be performed at 30,000 mile intervals or sooner during the warranty period.
• Manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules must be followed in addition to the 30,000 mile fluid requirement.
• Customers must retain all maintenance and service documentation and provide records upon request.
• Failure to properly maintain transmission fluid level, quality, service intervals, or cooling system operation will VOID warranty coverage.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
• Pre-existing internal damage or contamination
• Overheating due to cooling system failure or restricted transmission cooler
• Burnt, degraded, contaminated, or improper transmission fluid
• Use of incorrect fluid type
• Electrical, solenoid, valve body, or control module failures not replaced during original repair
• Aftermarket tuning, performance modifications, or non-OEM calibrations
• Abuse, towing beyond rated capacity, racing, or commercial misuse unless disclosed in advance
• Damage caused by continued operation after slipping, harsh shifting, warning lights, fluid leaks, or abnormal noises
• Leaks in the transmission system (including seals, cooler lines, fittings, pan gaskets, case seals, or external components) that are not repaired promptly. Continued operation with unrepaired leaks will VOID warranty coverage.
• Consequential, incidental, rental, towing, lost income, or collateral damages
• Failure of non-replaced components
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
• Any abnormal shifting, slipping, warning lights, overheating, fluid loss, or performance concerns must be reported immediately. Continued operation after symptoms arise may void warranty coverage.
• Trinity Auto Care reserves the right to inspect the vehicle prior to approving any warranty claim.
• No warranty repair will be performed without prior authorization.
• This Limited Warranty does not guarantee the longevity of non-replaced components or unrelated drivetrain systems.
