IMPORTANT WARRANTY LIMITATIONS FOR USED / SALVAGE / RECONDITIONED PARTS
• Used, salvaged, recycled, or reconditioned parts are sold AS-IS, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Warranty coverage applies only to parts supplied and installed by Trinity Auto Care and covers defects in workmanship or part failure under normal operating conditions.
• If a warranty is offered, it is a PART-ONLY WARRANTY and applies solely to the replacement of the defective used part.
• Warranty coverage (if applicable) covers the cost of the used replacement part only and does NOT include:
– Labor for removal or reinstallation
– Diagnostic time
– Shop supplies
– Fluids (oil, coolant, transmission fluid, refrigerant, etc.)
– Gaskets, seals, filters, or hardware
– Programming or calibration
– Towing or rental expenses
– Taxes or fees
• Trinity Auto Care is not responsible for any additional parts that fail as a result of, related to, or occurring simultaneously with a used part failure.
• Trinity Auto Care is not responsible for collateral, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from used part failure.
• Used parts are inherently subject to unknown prior wear, mileage, environmental exposure, and operating conditions. No guarantee is made regarding lifespan or performance beyond initial installation.
• If a used part fails in the warranty period (typically 90 days but is outlined on your work order), the sole remedy is replacement of the used part (if available) or credit toward another comparable used part, at Trinity Auto Care’s discretion.
• Any warranty claim must be approved and inspected by Trinity Auto Care prior to replacement.
• Continued operation after symptoms of failure may void any applicable part-only warranty.
Warranty does NOT cover:
– Oil or any engine maintenance neglect
– Overheating events
– Cooling system failure not repaired by Trinity Auto Care
– Aftermarket performance modifications or tuning
– Pre-existing internal engine wear
– Sludge buildup or lack of maintenance
